    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Marine Aluminum Welders** for a project located in **Tacoma, WA** . This is a full time opportunity and **the pay range is $25-40/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Fabricate aluminum components using MIG or TIG welding

    + Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery, including: Press brake machines, Shears, Other standard fabrication tools

    + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications

    + Perform assembly tasks on various products, ensuring accuracy and quality control

    + Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure precise dimensions

    + Conduct: Pipe threading, Ductwork fabrication, Rigging tasks as required by project specifications

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols on construction sites

    + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize fabrication processes

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is required

    + Familiarity with marine fabrication is a plus

    + Proficient in welding techniques including: MIG, TIG, FCAW, Stick welding

    + Mechanical knowledge of fabrication processes

    + Experience operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery is advantageous

    + Basic math skills are essential for accurate measurements and calculations

    + Knowledge of ASME codes and standards related to welding and fabrication is beneficial
