**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Apprentice Carpenters** for projects located in the **San Diego, CA area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$25-29/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Inspect each window perimeter before removal begins

+ Carefully remove all existing deteriorated caulking and sealant without damaging:

+ Window frames

+ Glass

+ Façade surfaces

+ Clean and prepare all window perimeter joints to ensure proper adhesion for the new sealant:

+ Remove dirt, debris, and any remaining residue

+ Apply approved primer where required by the sealant manufacturer

+ Install backer rod as necessary to achieve the proper joint depth and profile

+ Apply high-performance, commercial-grade silicone sealant uniformly around each window perimeter

+ Tool all joints to ensure a smooth, professional finish and a fully watertight seal
