Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through comprehensive therapeutic interventions.
+ Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' physical status, range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals
+ Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise instruction to patients
+ Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic medical records
+ Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
+ Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
+ Maintain compliance with state regulations and professional standards
+ Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventive care
+ Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
+ Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications
+ Graduate degree from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
+ Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
+ Valid CPR certification
+ Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office
+ Strong assessment and evaluation skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy protocols and treatment techniques
+ Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principles
+ Experience with rehabilitation equipment and safety protocols
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
+ Strong documentation and organization skills
+ Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Additional Information
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 depending upon experience
Sign on bonus of $2,500.00!
