    The Role

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career in ServiceNow development, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects that transform how organizations deliver IT services.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    + Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and workflows.

    + Support configuration, scripting, and customization of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

    + Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.

    + Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.

    + Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.

    + Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Exposure to ServiceNow platform through coursework, internship, or certification.

    + Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.

    + Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages.

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    + Eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

    + Ability to work onsite in the Reston, VA office 2-3 days per week.

    Optional Desired Qualifications

    + Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).

    + Knowledge of Agile or ITIL practices.

    + ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
