**Location:** Honolulu, Hawaii

**Pay Rate:** $20/hr

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary

Kelly Services is now hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s dental service team in Honolulu. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

+ Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from customers

+ Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally

+ Provide information about services offered by the dental practice

+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

+ Assist with billing and payment processes

+ Perform administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively

+ Competence with computer systems and scheduling software

+ Reliability with strong time management skills
