Reporting to the Vice President, Planning & Digital Capabilities, you will lead data science initiatives for Conagra's Supply Chain, influencing business decisions with AI and rigorous data analysis that drives results.
The Director, Supply Chain Data & Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the supply chain operations across all functional areas. The primary focus of this position is to develop and implement strategies that optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and agility of the supply chain, enabling the organization to meet its business goals. This leader will scope, prioritize and lead a variety of high-visibility projects that require advanced analytics, data modeling or machine learning concepts and create recommendations and solutions to solve business challenges. You will help build and cultivate Conagra's supply chain data science team, coaching a team of Data Analysts and Data Scientists elevating the skillset of the broader Analytics function.
Responsibilities:
+ **Strategic Leadership & Business Value:** Partner with COE (Center of Excellence) to define and execute digital strategy aligned with enterprise supply chain goals. Integrate strategic and market inputs into capability roadmaps and investment decisions.
+ **Team Leadership & People Management:** Lead, develop a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists & Engineers, and Program Managers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Align team goals with business priorities and ensure delivery of results.
+ **Data & Analytics Enablement:** Lead the lifecycle of analytics and AI products, from concept through deployment and iteration. Lead the development of BI, reporting, and advanced analytics capabilities including AI and data science. Partner with business teams to translate insights into actionable supply chain improvements.
+ **Data Products and Data Applications Development:** Co-create with IT to design and iterate on analytics models and digital applications. Ensure new data, capabilities, and platforms are provided and supported by IT with enterprise architecture. Promote reusability of common data objects and patterns to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery. Ensure infrastructure for data integration across supply chain systems.
+ **Analytics Capability Excellence:** Standardize and optimize supply chain processes across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics through Data and Analytics. Co-develop and deploy training, toolkits, and best practices to build organizational capabilities. Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness.
+ **Operational Efficiency & Collaboration:** Enable speed and agility by providing ready-made, approved data products and tools to Supply Chain organization. Leverage focused functional and technical expertise to maximize value delivery.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, data analytics or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
+ 10+ years of building technology solution architecture.
+ Extensive experience solving business problems with proven delivery and deployment capabilities.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Experience building and scaling Supply Chain COEs or similar capability functions.
+ Experience with relational databases / SQL, Databricks, Azure. Coding skills in python or R and knowledge of functional programming.
+ Experience delivering actionable business recommendations, influencing decisions, and impacting results.
+ Priority management skills so as to ensure analytical resources are used and applied to the most important business issues.
+ Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing software and artificial intelligence platforms.
+ Verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to explain difficult concepts in simple, applicable business terms.
+ Up to 20% travel

Compensation:
Pay Range:$133,000-$197,000
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
