Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Product Manager** to join our team! This individual will work directly with senior business leaders and other senior technical directors supporting the High Consequence Missions Sector. You’ll interface across multiple cross discipline teams to develop key technologies, integrate and shape solutions for our entire Defense and Intelligence business, and support the creation of new products and strategies to enhance our national security portfolio. This position will be **local hybrid** in **Centreville, VA** .
Responsibilities Include:
+ Define and own the product roadmap for network devices and security appliances, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
+ Develop detailed product specifications, use cases, and feature prioritization in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
+ Oversee supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hardware products.
+ Collaborate with operations teams to optimize logistics, inventory management, and production schedules.
+ Identify and mitigate risks in the hardware development lifecycle, including component shortages and production delays.
+ Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, subcontractors, and business development, to deliver products on time and within budget.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
+ Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure product satisfaction.
+ Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
+ Must have a Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, business, technical discipline, or comparable work experience
+ 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on hardware products such as network devices, security appliances, or IoT devices.
+ Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and amenable for poly upgrade

+ Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
+ Proven track record of successfully launching and managing hardware products in competitive markets.
+ Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
What Desired Skills and Qualifications You'll Bring:
+ Experience working with global supply chains and manufacturing partners.
+ Familiarity with network protocols, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise IT environments.
+ Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies for product development.
+ MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
+ PMP certification
+ Active TS/SCI with counterintelligence polygraph
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $144,800.00 - $260,600.00
