The Role
As Lead Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Network Implementation, specializing in the orchestration and coordination of Netbuilds and their underlying dependencies across multiple organizations. Drawing on your expertise, you will lead the planning, forecasting and status reporting of large-scale network projects, ensuring coordination of dates and dependencies across organizations, along with materials management, keeping various Project Managers aligned to committed project timelines. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the forecasting of all Core Electronics Netbuild completion, maintaining project timelines, analyzing dependencies between Netbuilds, and developing systems to anticipate and resolve challenges before they impact delivery. Success in this role hinges on your capacity to synchronize complex schedules, proactively manage risk, and drive the successful execution of programs within budget, on time, and to specification, all while working with cross-functional teams.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with focus on delivering to customer expectations and ensuring quality results for seamless delivery. Operationally, you will work with Strategic Planning, Service Delivery, Deployment Engineering, Implementation PMs, Testers, Field Operations, and Third party vendors. The role will be measured on ability to successfully improve end to end project intervals, increase visibility of status updates to leadership by ensuring team status updates are captured in internal team tool, and organizational project management tool. Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demands with competing priorities, all while making timely decisions.
The Main Responsibilities
+ Collaborating with Regional leadership, Project Managers, Field, and customer-facing teams to manage the scope of large-scale implementation projects.
+ Must be able to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, reporting to all stakeholders.
+ Synthesize disparate information into clear recommendations, actions and decisions, holding teams accountable to meet requirements of the organization.
+ Utilize leadership skills to ensure that the project is on schedule, is high quality, is within budget, and meets the defined measures of success.
+ Lead and maintain client/stakeholder partnership to ensure overall satisfaction.
+ Develop methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce financial and performance reporting.
+ Acts as project team leader.
+ Focus on strategic initiative that align with company goals
What We Look For in a Candidate
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience
+ Demonstrated expertise and training in program and project management methodologies, exceptional communication abilities, advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting, as well as strong business acumen.
+ Must have excellent Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
+ Experience presenting to executive leadership
+ 8+ years related experience

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors
Location Based Pay Ranges
$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
