    Responsibilities

    Participate in fundraising campaigns, grant administration, major gift and/or charitable development programs.

     

    + Assist with fundraising campaigns including budgets and timelines. Coordinate the creative process, file selection, production and mailing, and the acknowledgement process.

    + Support strategy to train staff on marketing campaigns, soliciting donors, and defining levels of giving and benefits. Create printed materials and update databases and websites with campaign program information.

    + Implement donor relations/recognition activities. Develop donor confidence and relationships through effective gift solicitation, processing and acknowledgement.

    + Support the development and implementation of tracking strategies for solicitation efforts and perform analysis of data for results.

    Requirements

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    Additional Preferences

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills; storytelling and content creation preferred.

    + Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and ROI analysis experience preferred.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Suite.

    + Experience in healthcare with an emphasis in philanthropy or nonprofit development (5+ years preferred).

    + Familiarity with donor databases and CRM platforms preferred.
