    Warner Bros. is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Investor Relations and Treasury during a transformative period as the company prepares to operate as a standalone public entity. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be responsible for optimizing Warner Bros.’ capital structure, managing financial risk, and shaping the company’s narrative to the investment community.

     

    This position will play a critical role in maintaining financial flexibility, ensuring transparency with stakeholders, and supporting enterprise-wide financial strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in capital markets, corporate treasury, and investor engagement, along with the ability to lead through complexity and change.

     

    Your Role Accountabilities…

    Strategic Financial Leadership

    + Partner with the CFO to define and execute Warner Bros.’ financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

    + Serve as a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, contributing to enterprise-wide decision-making and representing finance in strategic forums.

    + Lead cross-functional initiatives that support long-term value creation, operational efficiency, and financial transparency.

    Investor Relations

    + Develop and manage a comprehensive investor relations strategy that communicates Warner Bros.’ financial performance, strategic priorities, and brand narrative.

    + Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and SEC filings in collaboration with Legal and Communications teams.

    + Cultivate relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies, ensuring consistent and credible engagement.

    + Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform executive leadership and shape messaging.

    Treasury

    + Oversee capital structure strategy, including debt management, liquidity planning, and cash flow optimization.

    + Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations to ensure financial stability and flexibility.

    + Lead risk management efforts related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and other financial exposures.

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    + Collaborate with FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Legal teams to align treasury and investor relations strategies with broader financial goals.

    + Support executive leadership with strategic insights and recommendations on capital markets and investor sentiment.

    + Represent Warner Bros. in external financial forums and investor events.

    Team Leadership & Culture Building

    + Build and lead a high-performing team with deep expertise in capital markets, treasury operations, and investor engagement.

    + Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion, aligned with Warner Bros.’ values and leadership principles.

    + Mentor and develop talent across Treasury and Investor Relations, ensuring robust succession planning and career development opportunities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    + 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in media, entertainment, or a publicly traded company.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.

    + Proven track record of managing investor communications, earnings calls, and relationships with analysts and institutional investors.

    + Experience with SEC reporting and public company governance.

    + Deep understanding of capital structure strategy, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation.

    + Experience managing banking relationships and debt instruments.

    + Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    + Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

    + Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

    + Collaborative leader who builds trust across functions.

    + Inspires and develops high-performing teams.

    + Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $401,240.00 - $745,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
