Job Summary

The primary purpose for this job is to provide direct analytic support for the Clinical Solutions department and the Account Management team through extraction and interpretation of clients’ data directly from our data warehouse(s). The Advisor will provide reporting, analytic support, data visualization services and consultation to our core customers (Specialty Product, Account Management Services, Clinical Account Executives) engaged in the client service model. In providing this service, the analyst will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and will require cross-functional collaboration. This role will require a reporting and analytics background with many activities specific to product development, client reporting, and product performance. This individual will possess functional, technical and advanced business knowledge to provide customized, ad hoc solutions for information requests. In addition, there will be a technical component that is required with a thorough understanding of relational databases, the information warehouse, medical and pharmacy claims data, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL code, Python, MS Office, and other tools.

Job Responsibilities

Acts as liaison to product partners and account management team to collaborate with other consultants/managers, supervisors and/or high-level professional staff based on organizational goals and company policy

Accountable for the performance and results of various analytic efforts within the product suite.

Develops analytic and reporting plans relating to product support, business, production and/or organizational priorities. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objectives and schedules. Assignments are received in objective oriented terms.

Qualifications

5-7 years’ experience with Bachelor’s degree

Superior analytical, strategic planning, communication, data visualization, SQL and problem solving skills

Experience with Microsoft Office software

Advanced knowledge base in pulling data, understanding large relational databases, building reports. SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and SAS training will be helpful.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
