Description

We are seeking ahighly organized and detail-driven Structural Coordinatorto join our growing solar operations team. In this vital position, you’ll be responsible for managing the flow of engineering documentation that supports our solar installations — ensuring all structural letters and affidavits are requested, received, and properly uploaded in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication and follow-up, and enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and external engineering partners. This is a key support role that directly contributes to project quality, compliance, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and manage requests for all engineering letters, affidavits, and related documentation to support solar project approvals.

+ Track and follow up with engineering partners to ensure timely completion of all required materials.

+ Upload and organize documentation accurately within company systems and partner engineering platforms.

+ Communicate professionally with vendors, engineers, project managers, and fellow team members to ensure seamless information flow.

+ Monitor document status and timelines, proactively addressing delays or missing items to prevent project bottlenecks.

+ Maintain accurate records and ensure that all documents are properly formatted and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with permitting, engineering, and operations teams to support efficient project progression.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times.

Qualifications & Experience

+ 2+ years of experience inconstruction, engineering coordination, or related administrative/project supportrole.

+ Strong proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Experience withSalesforce.comor similar CRM/project management tools preferred.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills — professional, courteous, and solution-oriented.

+ Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

+ High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.

+ Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining accountability for individual deliverables.

+ Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent internal and external service.
