We are seeking a dedicated and experienced multi-property Hotel Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at the Courtyard Marriott and The Residence Inn Mount Pleasant. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and market analysis. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hotel management and the hospitality industry. The Hotel Revenue Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make informed pricing decisions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on revenue performance for senior management.
Supervise the reservations team to ensure high standards of guest relations and service delivery.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on revenue management principles and practices.
Utilize various software tools for forecasting and reporting purposes.
Maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing within the hospitality industry.
