    The Enterprise Comm’s & Mar-Tech Experiences (ECMX) team is a Marketing Centre of Excellence formed to support business units across the enterprise and sits within the Membership Portfolio Services Group (MPS). This role will support the ECMX organization and is responsible for growing the American Express brand in more than 150 countries around the world.

     

    This team will play a critical role in creating best in class experience for for segmentation, targeting, eligibility of marketing offers across multiple channels using Adobe Products such as AEP, AJO, CJA etc. In this role you will own the product roadmap and strategic vision. You will partner with colleagues in Product, Engineering, and the Business to inform and drive forward the product roadmap.

     

    An ideal candidate will be interested in product management, technology modernization, and Mar-Tech Products. The candidate should be a quick-learner, curious problem solver and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Actively collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and other key stakeholders to push forward and execute long term initiatives.

    + Coordinate cross-business unit initiatives and management to support new products and/or capabilities by serving as the liaison between marketing and technology.

    + Develop the Segmentation, Targeting & Eligibility product roadmap and define timelines for future features and capabilities.

    + Prioritize feature backlog, user stories according to defined outcomes and key results.

    + Converting market needs into clearly defined and actionable requirement.

    + Create & maintain Product Documentation.

    + Train users on the new launched products & create user documentation.

    + Conduct research and support the implementation of new and products & functionalities. **Qualifications:**

    + 2 years of Product Management experience.

    + Experience with Adobe CDP (Customer Data Platform), Adobe Journey Optimizer & Campaign Journey Analytics or Martech ecosystem/platforms will be a plus.

    + Strong product ownership and development experience.

    + Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling, and prioritization of multiple priorities, managing tight timelines.

    + Experience on one or more teams using Agile software development process such as Scrum or Kanban. SAFe training and certification a plus.

    + Ability to translate technical terminology to business partners and business requirements to technology partners.

    + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & relationship building skills.

    + Strong work ethic with a global mindset.

    + Ability to work independently and within a team; good communication skills with a "can do" attitude toward creative problem solving.

    + Self-starter and able to connect dots to understand how their work fits into the broader organization.

    + UI/UX experience will be a plus.

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $87,500 to $120,000 annually bonus benefits
