Pay Range: $17-21

Job Description

+ Liaise on issues related to assigned orders.

+ Manage Repair Purchase Orders from a diverse range of Commercial Airline customers, convey customer requirements, initial acknowledgment, quoting, shipment and invoicing of customer orders.

+ Manage contractual requirements including - asset reporting, customer service level/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance and status reporting

+ Collaborate across functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers and Field Service.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

+ 2 to 4 years prior relevant experience customer service account management

+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Commercial / Military contract administration experience

+ Customer Service experience

+ Experience using continuous improvement processes and tools
