    Basic Job Functions:

    The Melt Shop Process Metallurgist will be an integral part of the Brandenburg team responsible for implementing Operational and Commercial Excellence. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement area specific practices that drive world-class performance in safety, quality, cost and productivity. Provide technical assistance to the team and customers driving solutions in process improvement, product development and efficiency. Create and facilitate training for the respective area to expand the steelmaking knowledge of the team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Engineering (Preferably Metallurgical, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering) Supervisor and Manager approval

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior LMF experience Prior Melt Shop experience Desire to pursue positions of increased responsibility
