Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking a Service Technician to join their team. As a Service Technician, you will be part of the maintenance and repair department supporting field operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Service Technician

**Location:** Ashland, KY

Pay Range:

**Shift:** M-F rotating Saturdays, 8:30AM-5PM

What's the Job?

+ Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general carpentry systems

+ Accurately document all repairs within work order software

+ Track parts and materials used to maintain proper inventory

+ Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers’ service specifications

+ Perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, crawling, and bending for extended periods

+ Conduct checklist inspections on vehicles being serviced, diagnose issues, and communicate findings to appropriate departments for parts procurement

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

+ Experience with work order management systems

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

+ Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (heat, humidity, cold)

+ Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
