Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a Employee Communications Manager to join their team. As a Employee Communications Manager, you will be part of the Corporate Communications Department supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong project management abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Employee Communications Manager
**Location:** Foster City, CA
**Pay Range:** $74/hour
What's the Job?
+ Design and implement internal communication plans and initiatives aligned with company goals and values.
+ Create compelling content for various internal channels, including emails, intranet articles, presentations, and newsletters.
+ Plan, manage, and execute all-hands meetings and company-wide events, including content development and logistical coordination.
+ Partner with senior leadership to craft key messages and develop internal communication materials.
+ Develop and deliver communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency for employees.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 6-8 years of experience in internal or corporate communications within dynamic organizations.
+ Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
+ Proven experience planning and executing company-wide events, especially all-hands meetings.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently across multiple workstreams.
