Our Direct client is seeking a IT Project Manager to join their team and who is responsible for both client business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives.
Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business and stakeholders to gather project requirements
• Partner with the businesses to translate business requirements into solutions
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Defines the initiative per the business need and creates momentum and support to drive forward, while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Focus on both client business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives.
• Initiates and facilitates team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems and Support Users during critical activities such as UAT, month end closure, etc.
• Participate and lead solution design solutions as appropriate
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and finding
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Support the implementation of key deliverables as assigned such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others
• Create status reports and prepare leadership summary presentations
MUST HAVE
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience and strong process knowledge in at least one of the following business/ functional areas: Service, Field Service, Quote to Cash
• Technology Experience with at least one of the related System: Salesforce Field Service/CRM, SAP CPQ (Callidus), Cora PPM, SAP ERP, E-Commerce
• Execution of Projects in a SAFe Agile Framework
