    Our client, a leader in innovative automotive development, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Vehicle Engineering Department supporting the Interiors team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Interiors

    **Location:** Ada, MI

    **Pay Range:** $74/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicle interior components and systems.

    + Lead communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and quality issues.

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks to keep development on track.

    + Oversee the delivery of molded parts and tools, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

    + Maintain clear, standardized reporting to update leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field, with hands-on experience in injection-mold tooling.

    + 6-8 years of engineering or program management experience, including work at a tool shop or molding shop.

    + Deep understanding of injection-molding tool design, build, and qualification processes.

    + Extensive knowledge of automotive product development, manufacturing processes, and component delivery.

    + Proficiency with project management tools such as CAD, JIRA, Gantt charts, ERP, PLM, and GD&T.
