    Marketing Communication Coordinator

     

    Duration: 1-week contract (Full-time, 40 hours)

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Communication Coordinator for a short-term, full-time contract based onsite in Dallas, TX. This one-week engagement offers an exciting opportunity to support a high-visibility project by helping submit marketing campaigns for industry award consideration.

     

    A Day in the Life:

     

    In this fast-paced role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our award submissions are completed accurately and on time. Your daily responsibilities will include:

     

    + Preparing and submitting campaign ads to various organizations for award consideration

    + Completing required paperwork and gathering creative assets for submission

    + Writing compelling copy that highlights why each campaign deserves recognition

    Requirements

    + Exceptional attention to detail

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Excellent writing and communication abilities

    Preferred Experience:

    + Background in marketing, communications, or advertising

    + Experience with award submissions or similar documentation processes

    + Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
