    Description

    We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and experienced in handling payroll and HR administration through ADP Workforce Now.

     

    + Administer payroll processing and employee records in ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state laws.

    + Coordinate all aspects of onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.

    + Manage employee relations, maintain personnel files, and assist in policy interpretation.

    + Support recruitment efforts, training, and performance management programs.

    + Partner with management to promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.

    + Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator.

    + Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now required.

    + Strong knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.
