    Description

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator/Account Support to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer service and account management for a 6+ month project, with the potential for contract-to-permanent employment based on performance. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

     

    *This position is 100% onsite and the hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday*

    Responsibilities:

    • Review customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.

    • Enter transactions into customer systems with precision, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.

    • Manage a shared group mailbox, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    • Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and maintain satisfaction.

    • Coordinate logistics for ground transportation and shipping to meet customer requirements.

    • Process billing, pricing adjustments, and purchase orders efficiently.

    • Handle returns and ensure proper documentation and resolution.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.

    • Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation management.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant college coursework preferred.

    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support roles.

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with transportation logistics.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

    • Knowledge of order entry, pricing adjustments, and purchase order processing.

    • Familiarity with shipping and ground transportation processes.

     

    Intermediate to advanced level MS Office including MS Excel is a requirement for this position
