Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and resolving issues.

• Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure accurate documentation of customer details and transactions.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams to meet customer requirements.

• Utilize VoIP systems effectively for seamless communication and call handling.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Process orders and ensure timely entry into internal systems.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance satisfaction.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and maintain customer-related documentation. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Familiarity with VoIP systems and voice-over-internet protocol technology.

• Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Adept at scheduling appointments and coordinating with teams.
