Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll processing? A reputable organization based in Nassau County, located in Jericho, NY, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team. Main Responsibilities:

+ Manage and process payroll for employees in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

+ Ensure accurate employee compensation, including wages, benefits, bonuses, and deductions.

+ Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

+ Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity across payroll systems and databases.

+ Stay informed of changes in payroll laws, regulations, or company policies and ensure compliance.

+ Facilitate reporting and audits related to payroll and employee compensation.

+ Partner with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes and systems

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in payroll processing or a related role.

+ Strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.

+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in UKG

+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience preferred.
