    **Location:** Based in Colorado Springs, CO

    **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire

    Position Overview:

    We’re hiring a reliable and skilled **Sign Installer** to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves installing signage across a variety of property types including commercial buildings, multifamily complexes, municipalities, single-family homes, and quick-service restaurants. Working in crews of two, you’ll travel daily along the I-25 corridor—from Pueblo to Wellington—completing multiple installations each day.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Partner with a teammate to install signage at diverse job sites

    + Travel daily to multiple locations along the Front Range

    + Dig post holes, assemble signage components, and complete installations

    + Operate hand and power tools to ensure efficient and accurate work

    + Occasionally operate lifts up to 50 feet using company-provided fall protection equipment

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Skilled in using hand tools, drills, and tape measures

    + Previous experience in landscaping, general construction, or similar labor-intensive roles

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints or installation diagrams

    + Comfortable working at heights with appropriate safety gear

    Additional Requirements:

    + Strong work ethic and self-motivation

    + Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required

    + Dependable and punctual with a team-first attitude

    Work Schedule & Environment:

    + Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    + Field-based role with daily travel along the I-25 corridor (Wellington to Pueblo) in teams of two

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
