    Job Title: Controls Technician $39-41/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. This role involves working in an automated facility producing dairy products. The work schedule is from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with shifts from Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday. The environment is semi-cold in most areas, ensuring a clean and controlled setting.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.

    + Work with PLCs and have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

    + Ensure smooth operation of robotics and automation equipment.

    + Maintain equipment and ensure production efficiency in a food manufacturing environment.

    Essential Skills

    + At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance.

    + Knowledge of Robotics and Automation.

    + Proficiency in working with PLCs.

    + Strong background in Electro/Mechanical Maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility maintains a clean and climate-controlled environment, except for the blow mold room which is warmer (90-100 degrees). Employees adhere to strict sanitation rules, with attire exposed to chemicals or products remaining on-site. All employees wear hair nets, facial hair guards, shoe covers, and hearing protection. The workspace is spacious, with the possibility of working around up to 10 other individuals.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $65790.00 - $65790.00/yr.
