Job Title: Electrical Technician (Journeyman License Required)

_Job Description_

Join our team as an Electrical Technician where you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting electrical equipment (mostly fuel pumps) at army bases across the country. This position requires a 'no job is too small' mentality and offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to contribute to various projects. Travel schedule could vary from being gone 6-8 weeks and home 2 weeks after that, to the exact opposite.

All per diem paid based on local area you are working. Working days you will get 100% per diem, travel days you will get 50% per diem. All flights and hotels are covered and if you have rewards programs with certain airlines. Ample opportunity for travel and room for growth.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment at military bases throughout the United States.

+ Assist other departments in completing their scope of work as needed, especially during tight deadlines.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3-phase motors and electrical systems.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with 3-phase motors, troubleshooting, and electrical systems.

+ **Licensed Journeyman Electrician certification (MUST HAVE).**

+ Ability to travel extensively across the United States.

+ Ability to pass a federal BG check.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with controls systems is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

+ This is a Contract to Hire position that can be based out of any location. You would fly directly from your home location to the base that you are being assigned to.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
