    Job Title: Shipping Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to accurately and efficiently pull, stage, and load orders. You will be responsible for ensuring all products are shipped in pristine condition and prepared to maintain their quality during transit. Collaborate with team members to organize the warehouse and maintain a safe and productive environment. Report supply needs and equipment breakdowns to supervisors and operate necessary machinery, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.

    Responsibilities

    + Accurately pull, stage, and load orders.

    + Ensure products are shipped in good physical condition.

    + Pad, wrap, bolt, and strap orders as necessary.

    + Organize the warehouse to maintain a productive environment.

    + Report supply needs or equipment breakdowns to supervisors.

    + Operate a pallet jack and forklift.

    Essential Skills

    + 6 months of manufacturing experience.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

    + Proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).

    + Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory control, and SAP.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

    You will work in a manufacturing facility that is not air-conditioned, which can become hot. The dress code is casual, and the environment is fast-paced and team-oriented.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
