**Advance Healthcare** is looking for a talented and experienced **Senior Healthcare** **Account Executive** to join our innovative sales team. This position will drive growth and success for our clients through multi-channel digital marketing strategies,industry knowledge, prospecting and exceptional sales experience.
This a remote-based position, responsible for regional sales. Although you'll work primarily from your home office, this job requires reliable transportation to meet with clients.
Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive compensation. The base salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 per year. Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $160,000 - $180,000.
What you'll be doing:
+ Achieve and exceed sales targets
+ Prospect and secure new clients within the healthcare space, focusing on regional health groups or regional multi-location practices
+ Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
+ Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
+ Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continously improve our marketing and sales efforts
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
+ Five years' sales experience with demonstrated success in selling deals with average size of $60K+ annually
+ Two or more years' healthcare sales experience, specifically in prospecting and selling to decision makers within marketing or operations, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges
+ Strong background in multi-channel selling, beyond websites or listing, to healthcare marketing departments/teams, particularly those in providing elective procedures or specialties
+ Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency, digital marketing company, or in-house health practice marketing team setting
+ Ability to work independently as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Based in NYC (five boroughs), Westchester County, NY, Northern NJ, or Fairfield County, CT
