    Construction Laborer – $19–$25/hr | Year-Round Work

    **Location:** Nebraska

    **Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

    A well-established construction company is hiring **Construction Laborers** to install windows and metal frames in commercial buildings and storefronts. This is **year-round work** with **steady hours** , **weekly pay** , and a crew that knows how to get the job done.

    Pay & Hours

    + **$19–$25/hour** , based on experience

    + **Weekly pay**

    + **40–45 hours/week** , no weekends

    Job Duties

    + Install windows and metal frames on commercial job sites

    + Load materials into company vans and transport to site

    + Work in crews of 4–6 depending on project size

    + Use hand and power tools to cut, measure, and secure materials

    + Read blueprints and measure down to 1/32" accuracy

    Requirements

    + 6+ months of experience in construction (carpentry, glazing, roofing, tile, or window install)

    + Comfortable lifting 50 lbs solo and more with a team

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Experience with hand/power tools

    Work Environment

    + Commercial job sites across the region

    + Safety-first culture (PPE, harnesses, etc.)

    + ANSI-rated work boots required (no cowboy boots or soft toes)

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
