Job Title: Production Assembly Specialist
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembly Specialist where you will play a vital role in the assembly line process, focusing on the creation of cord sets with plugs. This position requires precision and attention to detail as you engage in various tasks to ensure high-quality production.
Responsibilities
+ Cut wires to specified lengths using a tape measure.
+ Stage cords on a tow line for subsequent process steps.
+ Utilize a variety of tools to strip insulation from wire tips.
+ Crimp copper or other types of connectors onto wires.
+ Place wire ends into a jig and insert them into a molding machine to install plugs.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in assembly, general production, and packaging.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and tape measures.
+ Experience with forklifts and material handling.
+ Basic math and documentation skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently.

Work Environment
This position involves working across various stations within one of five assembly/production lines. You will handle materials such as spools of wire, large bags of plastic pellets, and other components on skids and in boxes. The role offers a diverse and active work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
