    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented **Assemblers** to support a new product line focused on manufacturing fans and components for data center servers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a climate-controlled facility with a clear path for advancement. Prior assembly or electrical experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble fans and related components for high-performance data center servers.

    + Operate tools and equipment including power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.

    + Follow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards.

    + Identify and resolve routine issues during the assembly process.

    + Work in varied environments, including on ladders and in confined spaces.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Basic math and measurement skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Familiarity with warehouse or industrial assembly processes.

    + Understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Commitment to producing high-quality work.

    + Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

    Work Schedule

    + **First Shift:** 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    + **Second Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    + Mandatory training for all new hires will be conducted on **first shift** for the first two weeks.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
