Now Hiring: General Labor Production Worker

• Location: Boulder, CO

• Starting Pay: $25/hour (based on experience)

• Schedule

+ Training Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ Post-Training Shift: 3-4-4-3 Rotating Schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Your Role

Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps things moving? As a General Labor Production Worker, you’ll be hands-on with equipment, materials, and site maintenance—playing a key role in keeping our production operations safe and efficient.

•️ Key Responsibilities

+ Perform physical tasks across various production areas

+ Shovel rock and assist with equipment maintenance

+ Operate sweepers and wash scrubber slabs

+ Run clinkers for screening and crushing

+ Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant

+ Support clay feed attendants and maintain the clay shed

+ Maintain clean and safe work areas

+ Grease equipment throughout the facility

• What You’ll Need

+ Experience in general labor or production work

+ Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical tasks

+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Bonus: Experience operating heavy equipment

This is an outdoor role—you’ll work in all weather conditions: hot, cold, dry, dusty, or rainy. If you enjoy physical work and being outside, this is the perfect fit.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
