    What You’ll Do

    + Partner with engineers, project managers, and mapping leads to deliver top-tier civil design solutions.

    + Refine site surfaces and alignments with grading designers.

    + Estimate hours for client proposals and ensure timely task completion.

    + Interpret markups and translate them into actionable design tasks.

    + Present design concepts directly to clients and set up project templates.

    + Organize sheet sets to meet client standards and coordinate across disciplines.

    + Lead project meetings, integrate feedback, and consult on major design revisions.

    + Use CAD tools to produce detailed drawings and support cross-functional teams.

    + Mentor junior designers and perform QA/QC reviews.

    What You Bring

    + Expertise in Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and CAD tools.

    + 5+ years of experience in civil survey/drafting, grading, drainage, pipeline routing, and land development.

    + Experience in oil and natural gas pipeline projects.

    + Strong command of Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to mentor and lead quality assurance efforts.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
