    ### Job Duties

    Working directly on sales floor, connecting with customers and supporting fellow staff members in the selection of products to provide horticultural, landscape, and/or gardening solutions

     

    Having or learning a strong knowledge base of our products and services to best help customers

     

    Provide support and answer customer questions, provide information and process orders

     

    Assist with carryout and cart retrieval when needed

     

    Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Applewood Customers and potential customers

     

    Maintain a positive attitude when working with customer and coworkers

    Knowledge of plants or experience in this field is a plus, but not required
