    Job Description

    We are seeking Golang Software Engineer to join our Labs team. In this role, you will tackle complex problems and collaborate with talented engineers utilizing cutting-edge technologies, Machine Learning, and NLP to revolutionize the vehicle customer experience.     Responsibilities

    + Design and develop software to create innovative solutions by writing maintainable, extensible, and tested code, adhering to coding standards.

    + Produce specifications and assess operational feasibility.

    + Continuously integrate and deliver software components into a fully functional software system.

    + Lead by example in following best practices in development and CI/CD methodologies.

    + Facilitate end-to-end user testing with customers.

    + Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

    + Collaborate closely with product owners to shape and deliver features to customers.

    + Mentor, provide technical guidance, and train junior team members.

    Essential Skills

    + 6+ years of software engineering experience.

    + Proficiency in writing clean, concise, tested, and maintainable code in Go programming language.

    + Experience implementing low-latency microservices using gRPC protocol.

    + Hands-on experience with current best practices and principles in software development.

    + Production experience with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD, and containerization.

    + Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members.

    + Strong experience in test automation frameworks and optimizing performance and security for robust and maintainable architecture.

    + Experience with large-scale, high-availability, and highly distributed applications is a plus.

    + Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

    + Solutions-oriented mindset with an ability to find agreeable solutions while keeping an open mind.

    + Ability to learn and apply new technologies, programming practices, patterns, and methods.

    + Organized and detail-oriented approach.

    + Capability to work independently and take ownership of tasks/assignments.

    + Ability to apply systems thinking to understand interdependencies and design solutions that achieve results.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Experience communicating complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels clearly and concisely.

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is valuable but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $83.00/hr.
