    **Job Title:** Lead, Logistics

    **Location:** Durham, NH

    **Shift:** 1st Shift

    **Rate:** $23 - $30/HR – Based on experience

    Position Summary:

    Seeking an experienced _Lead, Logistics Associate_ to support first shift operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective material flow throughout the facility, while performing 60–70% of all logistics functions independently. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of logistics experience, demonstrates leadership ability, and has deep knowledge of material flow processes.

     

    The Lead will work independently and collaboratively with internal teams, other leads, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to ensure inventory accuracy, timely material movement, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support a team of logistics associates in daily operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

    • Assign, prioritize, and balance tasks among team members to meet deadlines.

    • Ship, receive, and store materials with high attention to detail using Oracle EBS and ShipConsole.

    • Ensure shipping documentation, HAZMAT labels, and packaging are accurate and compliant with ISO standards.

    • Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic and physical verification.

    • Identify and resolve material discrepancies, receiving issues, and workflow bottlenecks.

    • Train, mentor, and guide new and existing team members.

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of production and sales orders.

    • Drive continuous improvement efforts and participate in Lean, 5S, and process improvement initiatives.

    • Provide project updates and performance feedback to supervisors or managers.

    • Support cross-functional logistics areas as needed.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Minimum of 2 years logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support team members.

    • Proficiency in Oracle EBS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

    • Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies, handheld scanners).

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with HAZMAT and international shipping.

    • Ability to work on your feet for 90%+ of the shift and lift/move up to 40 lbs. regularly.

    • Clear verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization.

    • Understanding of ISO procedures and willingness to maintain certifications (e.g., PIT, MEWP, DOT HAZMAT).

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
