Production Operations I Direct Contingent Worker

Position Overview:
As a member of the McPherson-based team, you will be responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and quality procedures.
You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks, including:
+ Completing assembly checklists, testing parts, and monitoring stock bins.
+ Using of a variety of hand and pneumatic tools.
+ Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, as well as the Plant Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
+ Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.
+ Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
+ Basic math skills
+ Ability to understand and interpret drawings, BOMs and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Possess basic math skills.
+ Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Ability to stand for minimum 10 hour shift.
**Hourly Pay:** $17.50/hr (19.50/hr)
**Work Schedule:** 6:00 AM - 04:30 PM
**Duration:** 3 Months
**Hrs/Wk:** 40.00
**Days:** Mo Tu We Th + Overtime may be available or required

**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
