    Job Summary:

    Adecco is partnering with a client in Goshen NY and is currently seeking an automotive accounting clerk experienced and energetic Automotive Accounting Clerk to join their accounting team. The main responsibility of this role is to post automotive deals accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive accounting experience and a strong attention to detail. This role is responsible for supporting accounting and finance operations within our automotive division, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, experience in bookkeeping or accounting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Post automotive deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

    + Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general bookkeeping tasks.

    + Reconcile financial records and maintain organized accounting documentation.

    + Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

    + Support monthly and year-end closing procedures.

    + Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive accounting or a similar role.

    + Strong numerical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

    + Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    **Compensation:** Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

    **Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour
