Job Title: Project/Program Manager IV Job Description
The Project/Program Manager IV is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs, overseeing all aspects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. This role involves preparing reports for upper management on the status of projects and requires familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience are typically required. The role demands extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, as well as leading and directing the work of others.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and complete project/program activities.
+ Oversee all aspects of projects/programs, including setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.
+ Monitor and summarize project/program progress.
+ Prepare status reports for upper management.
+ Lead and direct the work of project/program team members.
+ Utilize creativity and judgment to accomplish project/program goals.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ At least 7 years of experience in the field or related area.
+ Extensive experience and judgment in project/program management.
+ Familiarity with construction, project management, and estimation.
+ Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong technology competencies including Chime, Slack, Outlook, and Teams.
+ Experience in construction management and pre-construction management.
Work Environment
This role is primarily a work-from-home (WFH) virtual position with occasional travel to site kick-offs, with travel expected to be less than 50%. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
