We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer or Project Architect who is either currently pursuing licensure or has completed it. This role involves significant production work and offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within the industry. For higher-level positions such as Architect II or Project Manager, we are looking for candidates with 10-15 years of experience, including 5-10 years of being licensed. Strong proficiency in Revit is essential, and candidates should be capable of both production work and leading a small team, coordinating with consultants, and collaborating with owners. Our projects span across Aviation, Building Sciences, Transportation, and Education.
Responsibilities
+ Engage in production work and industry learning.
+ Lead and manage a small team of architectural professionals.
+ Coordinate with consultants and collaborate with project owners.
+ Utilize Revit for drafting and construction documents.
+ Contribute to projects in Aviation, Building Sciences, Transportation, and Education.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Revit.
+ Experience in drafting and creating construction documents.
+ A Master's degree in Architecture.
+ 6-10 years or more of professional work experience.
+ Pursuing or having completed architectural licensure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in project coordination and management.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment
This position requires working in the office 3 to 4 days a week, with Wednesdays being mandatory office days. As a consultant, being present in the office to collaborate with the project team is essential.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $53.00/hr.
