    Responsibilities:

    + Provide logistics support including order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination

    + Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system

    + Update account managers on problem loads and communicate status updates to receivers and customers

    + Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify timely arrival and condition of loads

    + Take check calls from drivers and validate load data prior to marking deliveries for accounting

    + Investigate product overages, shortages, and damages; complete appropriate documentation

    + Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; accept or decline loads based on account manager direction

    + Provide drivers with detailed routing instructions and delivery guidance

    Requirements:

    + Minimum **1 year of logistics experience**

    + General knowledge of the **transportation industry**

    + Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

    + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    + Comfortable following instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per week
