    Adecco is recruiting for a **Production Planner** position in **Liverpool, NY.** This is a permanent, direct-hire role paying **$52,000 to $60,000/year,** depending on experience.

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Production Planner** to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be the person who keeps production running smoothly — making sure schedules are clear, materials are ready, and customer orders are completed on time. It’s a key position where you’ll analyze data, solve problems, and help drive efficiency across our supply chain and operations.

    What You’ll Do

    + Build and manage daily/weekly production schedules to ensure customer orders are met on time.

    + Track inventory and materials, making sure supplies are in place before they’re needed.

    + Review data and trends to spot opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline processes.

    + Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and management to keep workflows running smoothly.

    + Create and maintain reports, schedules, and progress updates to share with leadership.

    + Play a key role in continuous improvement projects, helping make operations faster and more effective.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field — or 3+ years of production planning/supply chain experience.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and reports.

    + Excellent communication skills — able to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels.

    + Organized, detail-focused, and proactive in solving challenges.

    + Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts or process improvement is a plus.

    + APICS, Lean, or Green Belt certification a bonus (but not required).
