Role:
CalSource, LLC, a division of Applied Technical Services Inc., is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Representative working out of one of our client's offices in Newark, NY. Reporting to the calibration supervisor at CalSource-Rochester, you'll play a vital role in our team. The ndividual in this role will split time between working at the client site and at the CalSource facility performing customer service duties, collections using our accounts receivable system, or other responsibilities, as needed.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
+ Maintaining and updating the calibrations system, including:
+ Tracking the calibration services due for the month
+ Locating equipment withing the client operation
+ Tracking items and updating the system appropriately
+ Completing documentation for non-conformance items
+ Utilizing our ERP (Accounting) system to identify clients that need contacted to collect their outstanding invoices.
+ Addressing customer inquiries and concerns at the client site
+ Participate in morning meetings with the various departments at the client site
+ Order parts and equipment from client requests thru the calibration department
+ Receive and process calibrations to the appropriate calibration departments, whether it is internal or external.
+ Schedule onsite calibrations with the CalSource team
+ Schedule vendor calibrations and ship equipment to the appropriate vendors for support
+ Participate in client audit providing the calibration documentation when requested
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
+ 2 – 5 yrs relevant experience with a High school diploma or equivalent
+ Exceptional customer service and phone skills
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Must be personable and interact comfortably with clients and co-workers
+ Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
