About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Activation IC (Senior Change Implementation Coordinator) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.
In this role, you will:
+ Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
+ Develop communication and training plans
+ Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
+ Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
+ Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
+ Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
+ Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
+ Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
+ Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
+ Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
+ Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
+ Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
+ Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
Job Expectations:
+ Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
+ Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
