Job Description
Performs diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.
Job Responsibility
+ Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling appointments/meetings; Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, clinician record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office
+ Data analysis and manipulation, generating and maintaining high value data reports
+ Navigate, manage and design social media campaigns
+ Preparing and delivering presentations to leadership groups
+ Manage daily and event schedules for department
+ Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
Additional skills:
+ Proficient in Excel
+ Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and digital
+ Navigating EMR strongly preferred
+ Strong public speaking ability
+ Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Job Qualification
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $34,820-$51,950/year
