    We are looking for a Financial Analyst** to join our Grid Software team. **This is a hybrid position based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market; hired candidate must live in this market for in-person collaboration at our Minnetonka office.

    You’ll make an impact as you:

    + Support month-end closing activities.

    + Assist with Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting for Headcount, Productivity, Performance, Utilization, Recoveries, Cost Centers, OCOS, SG&A, and internal projects.

    + Help with warranty overview (performance, provisions)

    + Perform SAP project maintenance, including project set-up, new customer management, sales orders, customer invoices, improvements, and testing.

    + Process Payroll for employees, contractors, and interns.

    + Participate in continuous improvements initiatives.

    You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher completed in finance, accounting, or business with a focus in finance or accounting required.

    + Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or business.

    + Proficient in Excel

    + Ability to travel 5% domestically.

    + Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

    + Must be able to start immediately in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market for in-person collaboration; this role does not offer relocation assistance.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience using SAP, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
