As an Inventory Specialist Cycle Counter, you will report to a Supervisor and monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, and lead physical inventory. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $19.60 per hour.

How you create impact

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain inventory records and inventory management procedures

+ Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures

+ Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory

+ Implement recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and handled properly

+ Help oversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports

+ Conduct system searches to locate products

+ Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location

+ Process proper documentation to create a prompt credit transaction

+ Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts

What we would like you to bring

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ years of recent experience in cycle counting and inventory control

+ PC literate with experience in Microsoft Suites

+ WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience

+ Experience operating material handling equipment

+ Must be a U.S. citizen to work at this site
