What You’ll Do
As a key player in our leasing operations, you’ll:
+ ✍️ Draft, review, and refine commercial lease agreements and related documents
+ 📚 Interpret legal language to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
+ 🤝 Coordinate lease negotiations with property managers, legal teams, and landlords
+ ⏰ Track critical dates—renewals, expirations, and deadlines—to keep everything on schedule
+ 🗂️ Maintain organized records of lease documentation and correspondence
+ ⚠️ Identify and escalate risks that could impact operations or compliance
+ 🧭 Support standardization of leasing procedures across multiple locations
What You Bring
+ 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or a related field
+ 📄 3+ years of experience in lease administration or real estate operations
+ 🧠 Paralegal certification or legal back ground preferred
+ 🏢 Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and contract management
+ ⚖️ Familiarity with real estate laws and leasing best practices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr.
